This email is being sent to Chapter Advisors, Chapter Presidents, Event Planning Team Advisors and Vice President–Event Planning.
The Event Planning Guide is now an online resource tool and no longer requires officers to submit the EPG in VeriSky. It answers the question, “What events require the completion of a VeriSky survey?” and creates a more efficient event planning process for officer boards.
Alpha Gamma Delta’s partnership with VeriSky provides digital document storage and reduces event paperwork previously required. Review the important deadlines in this email for new officers to gain VeriSky user access, review EPG updates and access links to event planning resources.
Verisky User Access Deadlines
Review the following deadlines to ensure officers can access VeriSky. Advisors will maintain their active accounts; no action is required. If chapter elections are after December 9, please email the Fraternity Wellness Team for individualized VeriSky access support.
- December 9, 11:59 p.m. ET–Deadline for chapters to add incoming officers to their new officer roles in myAlphaGam.
- Week of December 12–Incoming officers added in myAlphaGam by the deadline receive an email invitation to register for a VeriSky account.
- December 16–Outgoing officers and inactive users will be removed from the chapter’s VeriSky account.
- May 2023–Anticipated technology integration completion allowing new officers to receive VeriSky access through myAlphaGam automatically.
EPG Updates
Updates to chapter event planning for collegiate chapters are available in the EPG Updates Webinar and Officer Transitions and Training Program. Please note the following:
- The Event Planning Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all chapter events for Health and Safety Policies compliance and adding to the chapter calendar.
- The organizing officer completes a VeriSky survey for an event that can pose a higher risk. Review page 6 of the EPG to access a list of events requiring a survey.
- Page 7 of the EPG lists events that DO NOT need a survey.
- A VeriSky survey will collect all pertinent information previously collected from the fillable EPG.
