- Serve as the leader of the Administration Team and facilitate team meetings
- Direct all chapter operating procedures
- Manage chapter attendance and excuse notes
- Take minutes at all business meetings
- Manage Changes in Membership Statuses
- Weekly Officer Board Meetings
- Monthly EC Meetings
Skills and Qualities
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and being organized and detail-oriented
- Attention to attendance trends with the chapter and individual members
- Ability to be authoritative with her peers
- Communication capabilities across multiple platforms
- Expert-level experience with word processing applications and Excel
- Interest in keeping all chapter sisters up-to-date on chapter happenings
- Love for capturing the chapter’s history
Requirements
- Office Hours at the House: 5 hours per week
