  • Serve as the leader of the Administration Team and facilitate team meetings
  • Direct all chapter operating procedures
  • Manage chapter attendance and excuse notes
  • Take minutes at all business meetings
  • Manage Changes in Membership Statuses
  • Weekly Officer Board Meetings
  • Monthly EC Meetings

Skills and Qualities

  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and being organized and detail-oriented
  • Attention to attendance trends with the chapter and individual members
  • Ability to be authoritative with her peers
  • Communication capabilities across multiple platforms
  • Expert-level experience with word processing applications and Excel
  • Interest in keeping all chapter sisters up-to-date on chapter happenings
  • Love for capturing the chapter’s history

Requirements

  • Office Hours at the House: 5 hours per week
