Expectations
- Serve as the leader of the Event Planning Team and facilitate team meetings
- Oversee the entire events calendar
- Assist team in all event planning
- Plan all chapter date night functions
- Ensure Risk Management policies are being followed at chapter-sponsored events
- Implement a Check-In/Check-Out System at Events
- Attend weekly Officer Board Meetings
- Attend monthly EC Meetings
Skills and Qualities
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and being organized, creative, and adaptable
- Experience in event planning and thinking about the best ways to engage different audiences.
- Experience adhering to a budget
- Ability to balance multiple projects at any given time and discernment to know when to delegate tasks
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
