Expectations
- Serve as the leader of the New Member Experience Team and facilitate team meetings
- Plan and execute all new member education
- Focus on retention of new members
- Ensure compliance to Alpha Gamma Delta’s no-hazing policy
- Oversee/Coordinate big/little process with Directors/Advisor
- Attend weekly Officer Board Meetings
- Attend monthly EC Meetings
Skills and Qualities
- Experience presenting in front of groups of people
- A love and passion for Alpha Gamma Delta that she actively articulates to others
- Proven track record of being organized
- Respect of and inspiration to her chapter sisters
- A love of developing and educating people
- Experience serving as a mentor to her peers
- Genuine care for the well-being of others
Requirements
- Play an active role in Initiation services
- Live in Chapter Housing
