Members Living in the Chapter Facility
The following charges are applied per term for members residing in the chapter facility:

Members Living out of the Chapter Facility
The following charges are applied per term for members residing outside the chapter facility:

Inactive Members
Inactive status may be taken for only one semester during your time in Alpha Gam at GCSU. A maximum of 8 members per term may be inactive. (See bylaws Article IV, Subsection I)
Dues will not subsidize the cost of socials or T-shirts for inactive members, and they will be responsible for the full cost of any items they elect to attend or order.
The following charges are applied per term for inactive members:

Any Inactive members who live in the house will have Rent instead of Parlor Fees and Empty Bed Fees.
Additional Financial Information
- T-shirts/Merchandise: T-shirts or other ordered merchandise will appear on your bill as you order them.
- Empty Bed Fee Note (*): The chapter facility is required to be filled to capacity. An Empty Bed Fee may be added to the parlor fee if the chapter facility is not filled when there are enough members to fill it.
- Prorated Dues: Prorated monthly dues are nonrefundable.

| Returned Check Fee | Amount charged by the bank (6%) as a service charge in addition to the amount previously owed. | Due immediately |
| Late Fees | In addition to not being in Good Standing, re:Members/BillHighway may assess late fees (6%). This amount does not go to the chapter. | Due immediately |

- Each day of Recruitment Workshops
- Each day of Recruitment Training School
- Each day of Spirit Week
- Pledge Service
- Initiation Service
- Feast of Roses
- International Reunion Day
- Officer Training (for Officer members)
- Executive Council Workshop (for Executive Council members)
Required Chapter Events
Attendance is mandatory for:
- Chapter Meetings
- Officer Meetings (for Officers only)
- Chapter’s Signature Philanthropy Event
- Sisterhood Retreat
- COB events
- Bid Day
- Monthly Sisterhood Events
- Big/Little Reveal
- Greek Weekend Events
- Homecoming Events
- Other events voted on and approved by EC and ratified by the Chapter with 2 weeks’ notice.
