Directors who are respected among chapter sisters, have passion for Alpha Gamma Delta, her Purpose, and her Ritual, possess genuine care for each member and her well-being, and have a strong belief in prioritizing sisterhood in every situation.
Director of Ritual
- Execute all Ritual ceremonies and services
- Educate members and new members regarding Ritual
- Lead Opening Ritual before chapter meetings
- Participate in Initiation ceremony
Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Collaborate with the Member Experience Team to implement DEI Programming via Acorn
- Gather data and multiple perspectives to ensure the chapter function is respectful and loving to all sisters
- Coordinate at least 1 event per semester with the Event Planning Team with an NPHC or NMGC organization
