Change in Membership Status Manual
On August 1, 2023, Changes are being made within MyAlphaGam to allow you to request your Change in Membership Status for Withdrawal, Alumnae – Emergency Circumstances, or Alumnae – Matriculation there. It is an attempt by IHQ to streamline and quicken the Withdrawal Process.
Inactive Semester requests are still on the older system.
- Go to www.MyAlphaGam.org and log into your account.
- Find under the General Resources menu, “Change In Membership Status (CIMS) Form”
3. Complete the Form. Please note your current financial balance will remain owed even if you withdraw. You also will have future steps that if you do not complete you will remain a Member.
4. Please respond to any attempts to contact you by a officer of the chapter. This will usually occur within 3 days.
5. You will receive an email from AlphaGammaDelta.org or 72 hours after you submit the CIMS form, you may return to MyAlphaGam.org, under General Resources menu “View My Membership Status (CIMS) Requests”. Update the 3 questions under the CIMS Update – Required Questions. Then the “Update My Request” button.
6. You are complete unless you have an outstanding balance. Balances can be viewed via your BillHighway account.
